Refund policy

For all returns, please contact The Thrifted Equestrian within 3 days of the delivery date of your order. If the return is accepted, item(s) must be shipped back at the client’s expense within 7 days. The item must be returned in the same condition the client received the merchandise. If merchandise is returned in lesser condition, a refund will not be paid out and items can be shipped back to client at clients expense. 

No returns will be accepted if The Thrifted Equestrian is not notified prior to the return. The Thrifted Equestrian reserves the right to refuse a return if the consignor has already been paid their commission. The Thrifted Equestrian offers the option to reconsign the item in this case.
