What are your shipping details?

We ship nationwide in the United States. Shipping is a $9.99 flat fee for any orders under $500 and $4.99 for any orders $500 and above. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within a week of purchasing! We also offer free local pickup in the NE Ohio region. Just select "local pickup" and pickup your item within 8 days of purchase!

How does local pickup work?

If you are local to the NE Ohio area and wish to use our option of free local pick up all you have to do is select the local pick up option in checkout. Once you have checked out we will be in touch to work our the details! Items must be picked up within 8 days unless otherwise worked out through post checkout communication. 

Can I try things on if I am local to North East Ohio?

Shoot us a message and we can definitely try to make it work. We know how tricky sizing can be sometimes and would love to meet up to allow for clothing trial!

What is your return policy?

In order to make a return The Thrifted Equestrian must be contacted within 3 days of order delivery. Clothing must be in same condition as received and return shipping cost will fall on the purchaser. The Thrifted Equestrian reserves the right to refuse a return or only offer store credit if a consigner has already been paid out for the item(s). 

Are your products new or used?

Our products are a mix of new and gently used items. We carefully inspect each item before listing it on our store to ensure its quality. All items have a quality description but if you're interested in more information about a product, send us a message on Facebook, IG, or through our contact us page!

Do you have a physical location?

Unfortunately at this time we are all online, however, a few select NEO stores will be selling our Tidy Rider collection in the coming year. A full list will be added here when items are available.
